I come from a large family from the Midwest. Food was important and always a memory making event. I started out at a young age catering small functions in my spare time while being a full time Accountant. It wasn't until I took an early retirement from the 9-5 that I realized ow much I love to cook and more importantly - to can. Design, photography and creating wonderful foods are my passion. Sharing my passions with the World is joy.

While Cooking and Baking are a large part of who I am and what I am known for...I love growing a sustainable garden, teaching preserving & cooking methods. (waterbath & pressure canning, dehydrating, freezing)
