Victor has worked in the culinary industry going on 10 years. He started off leaning the basics while going to Vo-Tech at the Adams County Career and Technology Center in Gettysburg, PA. After high school, Vic, went on to Harrisburg Area Community College, then earn his B.S. in Culinary Arts and was Class Valedictorian at the Philadelphia Restaurant School at Walnut Hill College in University City, Philadelphia, PA.

Victor's experience grew at every property he worked. He started his first true cooking job at fast food places and diners then worked at the Wyndham Hotel in Gettysburg under Chef Claude Rodier. Then the Desmond Hotel, The Merion Cricket Club, The Vintage Club, and is current at the Streamsong Resort

Victor is use to competitions, he competed in SkillsUSA, Student Chef of the Year for the National, and other ACF competitions.

Victor is also had international experience, traveling to Norway, England, and South Africa

Victor Kendlehart is the President of the American Culinary Federation (ACF) Young Chefs Club for the United State and is also a Ambassador to World Chefs for the Western Hemisphere. Victor also works at the Streamsong Resort, Nationally Rank Golf Course in Florida, USA
