As a passion as well as job I have cooked for 15 years in the industry And feel I am ready to work toward my goal as executive chef . I started at the age of 11 in rural Ponchatoula, Louisiana with my grandfather, father, and grandmother all being amazing mentors. As a child I was surrounded by amazing ingredients living near New Orleans. For me it's a passion to create good food for others to enjoy.
