My passion to be in the kitchen began at a really young age, growing up in Mazatlán, Mexico. I had the opportunity of living in a place where the food has a certain beauty, a unique flavor to the traditional cuisine of the region, where effort in what you cook shows off in the plate and in your palate.

As a kid I had plenty of other goals and dreams, but the kitchen hobby was always there, I saw cooking as an escape for me, where I always felt that I could run wild with my imagination and I often did, by having a learning experience, I've learn that when in the kitchen, one must let aside his ego, and accept that there is always something more to learn. 

Now that I am fully realizing my dream in the kitchen and I've come to realized that I'd fallen in love with something that will last me a lifetime, hoping to pass it on one day to other generations of chef's to come.


"The only limit to your impact is your imagination and commitment.'' For me that's what it means to be a Chef, not only that but the fact that you never stop learning is quite fascinating. I'll like to think that my passion to be in the kitchen is immortal because i will have it forever.
