I had the opportunity of living in a place where the food has a certain beauty, a unique flavor to the traditional cuisine of the region, where effort in what you cook shows off in the plate and in your palate.As a kid I had plenty of other goals and dreams, but the kitchen hobby was always there, I saw cooking as an escape for me, where I always felt that I could run wild with my imagination and I often did, by having a learning experience, I've learn that when in the kitchen, one must let aside his ego, and accept that there is always something more to learn.
